License number given not accepted by program


I purchased a license on 4th February 2007 and was anxious to run the full licensed version. After following the instructions to input the licence data..
no matter what I tried it would not accept the information.

Please reply as the whole point of purchasing a license was so that I could use
it in that way.
Please will you reply and assist me to fix this issue.
The serial number thing should be straight forward.

Disappointed.

Rod,

I'm sorry you experienced problems with the license number.
I will contact you by email; usually this happens when the license code was modified by a mail server, and can be solved quickly.
