Generating hardcopy of manual


I'd like to be able to read through the manual beginning to end, which I find difficult to do on-screen. Is there any way to generate a pdf, say, of the whole manual which can be printed out and read off-line? Could a pdf version be provided?

Altabin,

we are working on that - actually we are waiting for Springer to finally publish the Cinderella manual for version 2... part of that is to create the corresponding PDF.
