Recommend: Allows Mouse Wheel to control Zoom in/out


The mouse wheel often can be useful for controlling zoom function.
It would be beneficial to add that for Cinderella.

We might consider this for the next version. Currently, Cinderella requires Java 2 version 1.3, and there is no way for us to get the mouse wheel information.
