Running different versions of Cinderella on the same machine

As a rule I'm very careful with updates. (Allthough I must say I never experienced any problems with Cinderella updates.) Under Windows I could easily run a beta version alongside a standard version: just install in another folder, and they never interfere with each other. Can the same thing be done in Linux? Linux doesn't ask for an install folder and I'd rather not overwrite an existing, working installation with an untested beta.

Dirk,

you can move the stable Cinderella installation to another place before installing the beta in order to keep both.
